Quantity limits: the minimum order is 100 for every service. The maximum is 100,000 for most services and 1,000,000 for Post Impressions and Profile Visits.
Follower gender can't be chosen. It's random, roughly 40% male, 40% female and 20% unspecified.

6. How ordering works
- Create an account. There is no email or password. You receive an account token, and your API key is issued at the same time.
- Top up your balance with USDT (TRC20). The minimum is 10 USD.
- Place an order. Choose the country, category and service, then enter the link and quantity.
- Track progress. Each order shows its status, the progress percentage and the delivered quantity, updated every minute.
Important rules
- The Instagram account must stay public until the order is finished. If it turns private during an order, the order stops and the remaining quantity is refunded to your balance.
- Running orders can be stopped at any time. Not started yet: full refund. In progress: the undelivered quantity is refunded.
- Partial deliveries are refunded automatically for the undelivered part.
7. No refill services: automatic challenge recovery instead
STAR SMM Panel doesn't sell "refill" services. When Instagram runs a security check (a "challenge") on delivering accounts and counts drop, an automated system recovers those accounts and the counts come back.
- Selfie verification is also handled automatically, but recovery can take up to 3 hours.
- Permanently banned accounts are hard to recover.
8. Top-ups with USDT (TRC20)
- Request a top-up on the website or through the API.
- You receive a new TRON address and an exact amount with 6 decimals (for example 100.482913 USDT). The decimals identify your payment.
- Send exactly that amount on the TRON (TRC20) network before the request expires (60 minutes).
- The payment is detected and credited automatically, usually within 1 to 2 minutes.
